Repairs
We offer a fast, efficient and very
reasonable repair service on most sound and lighting equipment
including Turntables, CD Players, Amps, Speakers, lights, etc, etc.
We usually need to see the item before we can give a quote for the
repair. When you leave the equipment with us you are given a repair
contract stating that the equipment is with us and we have taken
responsibility for it.
We usually charge a £20 investigation charge which also covers the
first hours labour. Basic repairs are often completed within this
hour, if not we will call you with an estimate and it's up to you if
you want us to complete the repair.

Installations
We supply and fit sound and lighting
equipment for small and large venue’s (Bars, Pubs, Restaurants,
Clubs, etc). There are several options available to you. We can
supply, install and maintain all the equipment you need (if you
already have some of the equipment or you prefer to buy from another
supplier, we will not take offence if you simply ask us to install the
equipment). We always respond to call outs as soon as possible, we do
offer an emergency call out service (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

We prefer to look at the venue before giving a quote so we can give
you an accurate price and equipment which will suit your needs.
Leasing Agreements
Alternatively, you can lease
equipment from us. The equipment would be installed at your venue but
remains the property of Rock Box. You are charged on a weekly basis
and are bound by a contract (either 3, 6 or 12 months). The
maintenance on the equipment is our responsibility (you are not hit
by any repair bills) so you know exactly what your expenditure is
over any period.
